China, Other Governments Contest India's Licensing Requirements for Electronic Products

At the WTO's Committee on Import Licensing meeting on October 31, 2023, for which the minutes were recently circulated, China and several other WTO Members raised concerns about India's licensing requirements for laptops, tablets, and personal computers.
