In an article published in Foreign Affairs, former U.S. Trade Rep. Mike Froman, who served in that role during the Obama administration and is now the President of the Council on Foreign Relations, a think tank, made an argument for the United States to lead a coalition to pressure China into the broad economic rebalancing that many other Western commentators are also calling for.
