Yesterday, the bipartisan House Select Committee on the Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party adopted policy recommendations in a report that, the Committee said, "outlines a strategy to fundamentally reset the United States' economic and technological competition with the People's Republic of China." It comes with a series of recommendations for U.S. trade policy.
