In a ruling issued on Friday, an 11-person panel of judges on the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) affirmed, by a 7-4 vote, a ruling of the Court of International Trade (CIT) that President Trump's "reciprocal" tariffs and his "fentanyl" tariffs, imposed pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), were not authorized by that statute.
