The recently released annual report of the U.S. Export-Import Bank (EXIM) provides details on the China and Transformational Exports Program, which was designed to help U.S. companies compete for projects against Chinese competitors who receive financing from the Chinese government. According to the report, the program facilitated 104 transactions worth approximately $141.3 million in 2021.
