Surprising many people who were skeptical that the tariffs could come down so much in such a short time, China and the U.S. have reached an agreement to suspend most of the tariffs and other trade restrictions in effect between them arising from Trump's "reciprocal tariffs" and China's subsequent retaliation, for a period of 90 days.
