Chinese trade officials from the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) noted that trade with emerging markets now constitutes 65.5% of the nation's total trade, occurring amidst ongoing trade tensions with the U.S. and other developed economies. Year-to-date figures underscore this pivot, with trade volumes with key partners like ASEAN and African nations expanding notably, surging by 9.4% and 17.2% respectively.
