The EU recently issued decisions that extend existing anti-dumping duties on aspartame from China and on certain cold-rolled flat steel products from China (and Russia as well). As part of its reasoning in these cases, the European Commission considered the role of the CCP in the management of the Chinese companies under investigation in the context of the normal value calculation.
