A U.S. appeals court has rejected a lawsuit challenging a new Texas law that restricts purchases of Texas land by individuals from foreign adversaries, finding that the plaintiff in this case did not have standing. However, the lawyer for the plaintiff expects that additional lawsuits will be brought in the future.
