Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) has written a letter to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi pushing the Department of Justice to investigate TuSimple Holdings Inc., a Chinese-linked autonomous trucking company located in California, "for potential violations of U.S. export controls, unauthorized transfers of sensitive technology to the People’s Republic of China, and any associated breaches of national security."
