In an order issued today, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal related to the Section 301 tariffs originally imposed on Chinese imports during President Trump's first term. This leaves the appeals court decision in the case as the final word on the matter for now, with implications for the current Section 301 investigations that are underway.
