As CTM reported yesterday, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) ruled on August 22 that the Biden administration’s two-year suspension of anti-dumping/countervailing duty collections on solar products was illegal. This ruling allows for retroactive tariffs to be collected on billions of dollars of these products imported from Chinese producers in Southeast Asia.
