Not long after a U.S. Commerce Department determination on the amount of anti-dumping/countervailing duties to be imposed on imports of tin mill products from China and several other countries, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that there was no injury to the domestic industry, meaning that no duties will be imposed.
