On Friday, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney met with Chinese President Xi Jinping on the margins of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders’ Meeting in South Korea. Several trade issues were discussed, although nothing has been resolved yet.
