The Canadian government announced today that in response to a court ruling, it was reversing a previous order that closed TikTok's offices in Canada, allowing them to stay open with certain "guardrails" in place. While Canada and China have resolved several trade irritants recently, it is not clear whether the TikTok issue has been discussed between government leaders.
