China will send Commerce Minister Wang Wentao to this month’s World Trade Organization ministerial meeting in Cameroon to push for WTO reform and closer economic links with Africa, while keeping a cautious but open channel with the United States after "frank, in‑depth and constructive" talks in Paris, the Commerce Ministry said Thursday.
