China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) issued its 2025 Report on WTO Compliance of the United States, accusing Washington of systematically violating WTO rules and undermining the multilateral trading system. This annual report, the third one since it was first published in 2023, charges that Washington is abusing the concept of national security to impose protectionist measures.
