Yesterday, China's top envoy to the World Trade Organization (WTO) accused the United States of disrupting global supply chains and using "power-based" trade policies that are eroding the rules-based multilateral system. The U.S. delegation pushed back and accused China of "incentiviz[ing] massive economic distortions and ha[ving] undermined free and fair trade."
