Yesterday, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) released its 2023 Trade Policy Agenda / 2022 Annual Report of the President of the United States on the Trade Agreements Program. The report covers the full range of trade policy issues addressed by USTR. We focus here on the report's descriptions of China-related trade issues, as well as its discussion of trade issues related to Taiwan.
