Yesterday, China launched a two-front regulatory offensive against the U.S. defense sector, placing 10 American entities on an export control blacklist while barring 46 U.S. firms from participating in domestic government procurement. The move represents countermeasures in response to the recent U.S. additions of over 100 Chinese firms to the "Chinese Military Companies" (CMC) list.
