Trade friction is escalating between China and Mexico. Following the opening of a new investigation into the Mexican government's trade practices, China's Ministry of Commerce has now issued a rebuke against rising trade remedy investigations into Chinese goods, characterizing this trend as a sign that Mexico is yielding to U.S. pressure to restrict Chinese goods.
