Based on affirmative determinations from both the U.S. Commerce Department and the International Trade Commission (USITC), the United States will soon impose anti-dumping duties on certain mobile access equipment (e.g. boom lifts, scissor lifts, and material telehandlers) and subassemblies thereof from China, which will be in addition to previously imposed countervailing duties.
