At today's press conference, the spokesperson for China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) confirmed that a review of the anti-dumping and countervailing duties on Australian wine has begun, and also commented on the status of license applications for graphite exports, for which the new rules are coming into force tomorrow, and trade talks with Japan and South Korea.
