As implementation of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) continues, last week there were two new developments: Two Republican members of Congress pushed back against reported proposals for UFLPA enforcement that they considered would "weaken the UFLPA"; and an energy producer reported that it was not having problems importing solar modules, but clarity in import documentation requirements would be helpful.
