The WTO's Committee on Government Procurement recently issued its report for 2025, noting with regard to China's accession to the Agreement on Government Procurement that China had announced this year "that it would not seek new special and differential treatment in current and future WTO negotiations and indicated that this principle would be reflected in its next market access offer."
