Senior U.S. and Chinese officials met in London yesterday and today for trade talks, with U.S. negotiators announcing afterwards that there was "a handshake ... for a framework," and they would "start to implement that framework upon the approval of President Trump, and the Chinese will get their President Xi's approval."
