In final determinations issued in recent weeks, the U.S. Department of Commerce mostly confirmed its preliminary determinations that several manufacturers of photovoltaic cells and modules have been circumventing anti-dumping/countervailing duties imposed on imports from China by doing "minor processing" in four Southeast Asian countries. However, due to a pause on duty collection instituted by President Biden, no duties will be collected on imports of these products until June 2024.
