At an Atlantic Council event this week, U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce for Industry and Security Alan Estevez talked about various trade issues with Keith Krach, who was Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment during the Trump administration. Both Estevez and Krach offered an aggressive take on U.S. policies with regard to sharing technology and trading more generally with China (and Russia as well).
